Age verification: laky22 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend Account access pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage User will be forfeited without exception.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on laky22. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your Account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. laky22 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login details. You must notify us immediately at the support email address if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Accounts may display balances in PKR or other supported currencies as indicated at registration. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at rates determined by the Platform. laky22 references familiar Pakistani payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah for general context only — these entities do not endorse, operate, or support laky22's gambling services.
By using the Platform, you agree to the following usage obligations and restrictions:
You may access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality or security.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:
All content on the Platform — including trademarks, logos, software, text, graphics, and data — is the property of laky22 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal purposes only. No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
All bets are binding once confirmed on the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — before submitting. laky22 will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of user error unless there is a demonstrable system fault on the part of the Platform.
Odds are subject to change at any time up to the point a bet is confirmed. laky22 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, including but not limited to Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, football events, or UFC bouts. Markets may be suspended or removed without prior notice.
laky22 reserves the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation or abandonment, obvious pricing errors, duplicate bet submissions, or evidence of fraudulent activity. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market. laky22 may adjust limits at any time without prior notice, including applying individual Account-level limits in cases where irregular betting patterns are identified.
Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. laky22 will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance promptly following confirmation, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. laky22 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may take between 1 and 5 business days to process depending on the method selected. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and will be communicated within the Platform.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request made before completion of the Wagering Requirement may result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

laky22 may from time to time make promotional offers available to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific conditions published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.
Unless otherwise stated in an individual promotion's terms, a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount must be met before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x rollover requires a total of PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established. These are illustrative figures — verify the actual requirement for any specific promotion in its individual terms.
Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting a pricing error — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings and may result in Account suspension.
All bonuses are subject to a validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, unless otherwise specified. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited on expiry without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, laky22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
laky22 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may affect availability. In the event of a system error that results in the incorrect crediting or debiting of an Account, laky22 reserves the right to rectify the error at any time.
laky22 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted or prohibited.
laky22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, laky22 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the Account pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation.
A User may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any pre-existing bet settlements or pending KYC reviews.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which laky22 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your own jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract.
laky22 does not claim to be licensed, regulated, approved, or endorsed by any Pakistani authority including the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial body. Users in Pakistan should seek independent legal advice if uncertain about their legal position.
laky22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a material change is made, laky22 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
